• The estimated delivery time of your order on country's outside of Europe is 3-7 days;

Return information

We will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full priced goods with the following details:

• All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached;

• Floria Collective is not responsible for any custom fee's of the returned goods;

• The return must be initiated by the receiver within 14 days after receiving the order by filling the below return form;

• The returned goods must be received within 10 days after initiating the return and filling the return form;

• The refund will be processed within 3 days after receiving the returned goods;
